Before joining Ensurem in 2018, my role encompassed serving as the IT Director for an aerospace component manufacturing facility. In this capacity, my primary duties included overseeing Cloud technologies, modernizing the INFOR ERP infrastructure, implementing technology solutions to enhance production efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions to facilitate the growth of the manufacturer’s annual sales to $15 million. Prior to this, I worked in IT for a manufacturing fabrication supplier, where I successfully launched a new manufacturing facility, overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure setup. I find particular excitement in IT project management and guiding businesses in embracing and adapting to new technologies to foster growth.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Radford University. Additionally, I am a certified Project Management Professional, having obtained my certification in 2017, which I have subsequently renewed in 2020 and 2023. I possess technical certifications from Microsoft and Cisco and will complete the Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) in May ’24.
During my tenure, I provided technical oversight and ensured IT infrastructure stability, enabling a significant increase in sales revenue from $1 million annually to $24 million annually as the team expanded. At Ensurem, we experienced substantial growth, scaling from $1 million in annual revenue in 2018 to $25 million in 2023. Notably, Ensurem attained the prestigious rank of #1 in the Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 in 2021.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I relish spending quality time with my family and friends, especially enjoying water activities in Clearwater, Florida.
